Bare Fiber End & Side View System Two 9.7" TFT LCD screens simultaneously display both the end-face and side view of the bare optical fiber, side by side. One screen provides the end-face view at your selected magnification (400x, 200x, or 80x), while the other screen shows the side view. This setup eliminates the need to transfer the fiber between different equipment for inspection, significantly improving both the speed and convenience for the operator.

FibKey Dual Magnifications Inspection Scope for Optical Connectors Two LCD screens simultaneously display end-face images of the same optic fiber connector, side by side, with differential magnifications. One screen presents a zoomed-in view (e.g., 400x) of the fiber area, while the other screen offers a wider view (e.g., 200x) of the connector's end face, emphasizing the ferrule area.
-
Integrated Inspection Scope The large size LCD screen and the operation interface are relatively backward, which conforms to the ergonomic design. During operation, the wrist rests comfortably on the desktop, eliminating the need to suspend the arm, thus reducing labor intensity. Equipped with a fiber position adjustment device suitable for aligning fiber positions and good for inspecting multi fiber connectors such as MT/MPO/FA.
-
Lens Fiber Inspection Station During the bare fiber polishing process, the bare fiber polishing module is seamlessly transferred to the purpose-built platform of the Lens Fiber Inspection Station. This allows for a clear and convenient inspection of the polished bare fiber (or fiber lens) without the need to disassemble the optical fiber from the module. The platform features a unique angle adjustment device, enabling inspection of the fiber endface from various angles.
To ensure optimal viewing, the station is equipped with dedicated X-Y-Z stages, enabling precise positioning of the fiber. Additionally, three objective lenses with varying magnifications are configured to cater to a wide range of inspection needs. For even more detailed analysis, optional software is available to digitally measure and analyze the angle of the lensed fiber. This software provides users with accurate data and insights to enhance their fiber inspection processes. -
Bare Fiber Multi-dimensional Inspection Station The Bare Fiber Multi-dimensional Inspection Station incorporates a standard bare fiber clamp, designed to securely hold the bare fiber during inspection. To gain a clear view of the fiber's end face, simply place the clamp horizontally and secure it magnetically. Choose the suitable objective lens with the desired magnification and fine-tune the clamp's placement using the X-Y-Z stages. The end-face of the bare fiber will promptly and clearly appear on the screen.
For a side-view inspection, effortlessly attach the clamp to a specialized vertical observation mechanism, also stabilized by magnets. The side-view of the bare fiber will swiftly appear on the screen, affording you a comprehensive inspection experience.
The bare fiber clamp, being a standard tool, is widely utilized by fusion splicers and mechanical fiber cleavers. Its widespread availability makes it easily accessible, thus saving you valuable time and cost.
