Bare Fiber End & Side View System FibKey BF-ESV-D97

Two 9.7" TFT LCD screens simultaneously display both the end-face and side view of the bare optical fiber, side by side. One screen provides the end-face view at your selected magnification (400x, 200x, or 80x), while the other screen shows the side view. This setup eliminates the need to transfer the fiber between different equipment for inspection, significantly improving both the speed and convenience for the operator.

With a standard bare fiber clamp, commonly found with fusion splicers and familiar to many users, it is easy to hold the bare fibers as needed. The bare fiber held by the standard clamp is positioned horizontally on a dedicated X-Y-Z stage. The system promptly displays the fiber's end face and side view on two separate LCD screens, ensuring a simple and convenient operation. The end face view system is equipped with three groups of lenses offering different magnifications, allowing users to choose the optimal setting for their inspection needs. This design is also adaptable to various optical fiber diameters. The fiber optic side view system includes an 80x magnifying lens, with optional magnifications available. As a separate substation within the overall system, the fiber optic side view station can be easily adjusted in the X-Y-Z position independently, providing enhanced flexibility and convenience during operation.
