The spunlace non-woven fabric is made by a unique water needle entanglement method. In this production method, thousands of high-pressure water jets of the thickness of sewing needles are directed to bundles of mixed fibers. These water jets entangle the fibers into fabrics, which are then dried to wind the fabrics into rolls. The biggest difference from other non-woven fabrics is that the spunlace non-woven fabrics provided by our company do not use any bonding substances, chemicals or adhesives. Therefore, it does not contain any chemical impurities, is silky soft, does not cause allergic reactions, and is not easy to fluff and shed hair.
